Wild Man Walk
Hi
I'm new here at this cool site. It's my scene all over.
A question for ya'll. Does anyone know of a better (cleaner sounding) version of The Ebonettes '58 mover on Ebb than is available on the Jungle Exotica CD? Sounds lousy on that comp.
One final question - What is that cool bluesy instro that plays on your Homepage and where can I get it?
Happy New Year to all.

Re: Wild Man Walk
hi
welcome onboard, not sure if that's been comped elsewhere, i've always wondered if they are the same artists as the brassettes on ebb?
the 45 on the home page is called "crawlin'" by the untouchables - there is a label scan in the Juke joint section of the site:

it's pretty tough to pick up though

Re: Wild Man Walk
Thanks Tom......You just added that one to my wants list!
Are there any CDs you would recommend which contain this type of instro's? I have 'Jungle Exotica 1', as well as 'Las Vegas Grind 1 & 2' - the last 2 I found recently available as a D/L.
FYI, I received an email last night from an external source who apparently read my post, advising me that The Ebonettes track has recently been issued in better sound on a new European CD - 'Granpa's Gully Rock' - so that one's just been ordered. I would be surprised if The Ebonettes were also The Brassettes on Ebb, however anything's possible.
Many thanks for your help.
