George Hudson and The Kings of Twist

So a few days ago I was at my local record shop and I was flipping through the vinyl section. Mostly finding bad 80's top 40 records. But then I found some old 50's top hits as well as something I wasn't quite sure of but seemed like it would be something I would like. I found a record called " It's Twistin' Time" by George Hudson and The Kings of Twist. The great thing about that store is no matter what vinyl it is if its old it usually only cost's 2-4 bucks, I got original elvis vinyl for 2 bucks one day! So I get the record and listen to it and it's pretty good! It's not as wild sounding as I like but its still really good in my opinion. Does anyone know who George Hudson and The Kings of Twist are? Did I make a king tut size find of music?
